2. Cancellation Refunds

    • Cancellation will depend on management and the situation.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date and fail to cancel their reservation will be charged the full amount of the booking, and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

  • If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, a refund for the unused nights may be issued at the discretion of MyVilla management.

4. Force Majeure

  • In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), MyVilla may offer a refund or credit for future stays, depending on the circumstances. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Bookings made under special non-refundable rates or promotions are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation time or reason.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, MyVilla may offer an alternative refund method at its discretion.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy

  • MyVilla reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to new reservations made after the policy has been updated.
