Dear guest, we are pleased to welcome you to MyVilla, located in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. Our goal is to ensure that every guest feels truly at home during their stay. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.


1. General Information

These policies and terms (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, stays, and use of services at MyVilla. By making a reservation or using any of our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms. We strive to offer a homely atmosphere and excellent service to all our guests.


2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, cancellations are generally not allowed. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management based on specific circumstances.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • A late check-out may incur an additional charge equivalent to a full day’s rate if the room is not reserved by another guest.
  • If a guest is unresponsive at check-out time, the administration reserves the right to enter the room after one hour to ensure the guest’s safety.

4. Housekeeping and Services

  • You can request the cleaning of your room at any time from the receptionist. Room cleaning services begin daily at scheduled times.
  • Our housekeeping team provides fresh towels, tissues, and toiletries as needed. You can request refills from the receptionist at any time.
  • Guests can enjoy tea and coffee in any part of the villa; just ask our buffet employee for assistance.
  • Additional services, including ironing, laundry, and the use of washing machines, can be requested through the reception. Charges may apply for some services.

5. Facilities Use

  • Swimming Pool: The pool is available from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note the pool is over 2 meters deep, and there are no lifeguards on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must supervise children at all times.
  • Business Area: Available 24/7 with high-speed Wi-Fi access.
  • Garden and Reception Areas: Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the garden and common areas.

6. House Rules

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa rooms. It is only allowed in designated areas, including the garden, terrace, and certain parts of the reception, to ensure the comfort of non-smoking guests.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises.
  • Property Damage: Any damage caused by guests to MyVilla property will result in charges based on the assessed repair or replacement value determined by management.
  • Marriage Certificate: For bookings involving a male and female, a marriage certificate must be provided as per Egyptian law. We are unable to offer hosting services without this document.

7. Safety and Security

  • The villa is equipped with 24-hour surveillance to ensure the safety of our guests. Door access is managed by our staff, and guests are required to press the intercom button for entry.
  • The villa assumes no responsibility for personal injuries or lost valuables. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes to secure their belongings.
  • For your safety, we would like to remind you that the swimming pool is deep and should be used with caution.

8. Local Attractions and Amenities

  • Shopping: Nearby shopping destinations include Arkan Mall, Gate Plaza Mall, and Mall of Arabia.
  • Dining: Popular restaurants can be found at Arkan Mall, Capital Business Park, and Park Street.
  • Attractions: The Grand Egyptian Museum, Z Park, and the Pyramids area are all within a convenient distance.
  • Transportation: Sphinx International Airport is located near MyVilla.

9. Additional Services

  • Guests may order anything from local supermarkets via home delivery service. Ask the reception for assistance with ordering.
  • Pre-arranged breakfast meals can be requested for the next day, along with bottled water, laundry, and other services, which are available at an additional charge.
  • Our reception team is always available to assist with any special requests or help needed during your stay.

10. Complaints and Feedback

Any issues or concerns during your stay should be reported to the management immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve them promptly. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to leave your comments at reception or online.


11. Amendments and Governing Law

  • MyVilla reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Guests are advised to review the terms regularly.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes arising from your stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
  • MyVilla isn’t a hotel, it’s apartments fully equipped that renting according to Egyptian laws.
